i don't know if im right or not but i bet the farmers that went with beans for the cash crop VS corn. i belive beans will the winner. also milk how high can it go? i would not mind paying 5 dollars a gallon for milk IF the farmers see the increases DIRECTLY... im lucky there is pleanty of early sweet corn and peas, apples, and other crops near as it is great having fresh food. i especally like the stears that have been fed only crack corn/mix instead of siledge. my dad would take his cattle in and the butcher wanted to buy the whole cow so they could sell it in there store as they said it was some of the tenderest red meat in a long time. I rember comming home from school going in the freezer and taking a porterhouse steak out to grill and picking fresh jublee sweet corn for a after school snack! i dint even need a knife! they were the best steaks i have ever had and have been looking for beef that good again.... any way what crop will be the real winner?
