My grandfather passed away and I am in charge of his estate. He has an International Harvester 424 with an attached Woods finish mower RM306. The tractor has to be pulled to start and it has a flat tire. What would be a good price to ask for it? I have no clue. Please respond quickly. I have someone interested.
