help identifying tractor

I just purchased an International tractor and am having trouble figuring out what I have. I need to purchase the manuals for her so I can make repairs order parts ect. The numbers I have on it are the following
on engine 31250 on small plaque
middle of the transmission stamped 360553-r3
below that is IH 2 67b
on the rear end is 4-23 B
this unit has no pto and I need one,
My wife told me just to get a ford 8n which I am familiar, but this corn binder looked bigger and heaver. Thank you for any help
