I've been experminting with 3 point hitch to work in conjunction with my 1 point. There are photos of this in the YT gallery implement section. I have been using two 2x12 plows, one is 1 point fast hitch and the other 3 point hitch. I decided if my 3 point hitch would do quality plowing, that would be the true test. To date the 3 point plow will not match my 1 point plow for quality. It's close but not close enough for my liking. The bigger problem is I can't pull the 3 point plow as easily as the 1 point. That alone affects the quality of plowing. In the spring I intend to find a single bottom 3 point plow, and try to get more of the kinks out of my hitch. However I will not be satisfied until the 3 point plow works as well as the 1 point. Bear in mind I am damn fussy, maybe too fussy.
