..and I do apologize. I guess I should have realized that some of the bidders could be contributors (and valuable contributors at that!) to this newsgroup, and have a legitimate interest in farming and rural things. And I guess its like any other auction fair and square. And it is an item that doesn't show up too often. Having said that, there are lawyers, doctors, etc who are bidding things up like land (and things like this item on ebay), just because they have the $$$ and things that are rural and country are "cool" and trendy right now. I'll just keep looking. Would really like to get my hands on an MW live clutch for my H. I put up lots of hay with my Allis-Chalmers roto baler, and baling 5000 bales/year requires alot of clutching with my ol' H.
