Way back when I used ID Verify, I have no idea if Ebay still has that. I had to send them a $5 money order and they verified my identity. Then I would just get billed by ebay every month and I just pay it with paypal funds or Send ebay a money order if my paypal funds are low. Right now I need to sell some things so I can pay my bill. Ebay fees are excessive IMHO. Seems I sell about 75$ worth of stuff and end up paying like $11 in ebay fees. I'm going to start listing on yahoo which is free, just set a reserve, if it dont sell, no harm, just put it on the bay then with no reserve since they got ALOT more people, yahoo doesnt and I'm not giving away stuff for 99cents... =)
