this is what one needs to do when buying on the internet. 1. open up a seperate checking account 2. then get a debit card for that account. 3. set the limit on the debit card; say the majority of your purchases are $100 or less then set the limit at $100. so any time a purchase is over $100 no transaction can take place. 4. if you do have a purchase over $100 let your bank know so they can raise the cap but have them return it back to $100. i believe that 4 times in the last 3 years that this method has worked to my advantage. sincerely, tim
