HI!!! im new to the tractor world. Im currentlly lookin at a ih B 250 diesel im looking to do mowing with a brush hog and county fair tractor pulls, and just riding around. i have no clue what year the tractor is.it has no hour gauge. looks good, from what i know it runs good. the asking price is 3500. is this a good first time tractor ?
