Need oil filter base for a F-12 or F-14 tractor

I am looking for a F-12 or F-14 oil filter base where the big bolt
that goes through the center of the oil filter screws in. The
threads on my base are stripped out and it looks like someone
tried to put in a helicoil, but it is not holding. Anybody have this
part or suggestions on fixing. email or call 785-748-0061.
