I had the same problem on my 140, the holes in both sections (inner and outer) got elongated and the pins were worn as well.

I welded the edges of the holes and ground them out so they were round. With new pins, the axle is nice and tight. This is not a difficult job to do yourself.

Replacing the inner axle won't really fix the problem if the outer axle is worn as well. It will still shift forward and back.
