You can put fluid in the front tires - in my experience, the wheel bearings will go out more often than if you just hang weights on the frame - I do not know why, but that's the way it worked. We don't use chloride in the fronts anymore because they usually go flat more often than the rear tires, and it gets expensive to call the service truck out every time. OR have to get a loader to get the wheel/tire in the back of the pickup and have chloride leak in the pickup box all the way to town.
