Obviously the lifting frame for something, but hard to tell what. Looks bottom side up. Look at the small hinged plates on the left end in the photo. They should bolt up where the drawbar is. If the spacing is right for your Cub, it is a Cub piece. If it is larger than will fit, it is a Super A part. I image it could be for a tool bar or for any of several specific implements. It looks relatively light duty. Got any more pieces for us to look at?
