Never heard of a fast hitch on an A. Fast hitch came on the 100 and will fit a Super A, both have hydraulics. The "air lift" you are referring to runs off the exhaust, it should attach to a valve on the manifold. Parts will have to come from salvage. I think Gene Bender who posts on this board might have some. It will be described in the owners manual, with details in the parts and service manuals, which are still available.
