Those engines don't have an internal balancer. The front crankshaft pulley is also the vibration dampener. Check that out first. If you haven't already, unhook the fan belt and see if the vibration goes away. If you've still got that damaged fan turning you'll get a vibration for sure. Figure out why the fan hit the shroud. Water pump out? Broken engine mounts? Could be somthing related to the flywheel. Also, make sure that there isn't something wrong elsewhere in the combine. Vibrations can travel a long ways.
