SMTA, SM and M Tread with

I want to narrow up my M's to get on a skid steer trailer. The operators manual says with the wheels dished in the tread with is 52 -68 inches. Can I still have my fenders with extensions on the tractor if I move the fenders to the second set of holes. I have 13.6 tires on the tractors so assuming at the the 68 inch tread with will the outside of the tires be around 80- 81 inches?
