Mike , sometimes they come wright out the other time the fight is on and i have spent the better part of the day just getting one side out . No there is no special tool that i know off but this is what i have done . Firts ya have to be a realy good welder and weld a 5/8th to 3/4 inch bolt with out the head on the bolt to the pin then use a pice of schedual 40 or better pipe of 1 1/4-1 1/2 dia. and what ever length ya need as a collar and some heavy flat washers a nut and some lube on the bolt and washers and a Rose bud tip on the tourch and have at it . Don't worry about the O/Rings as your going to replace them anyhow. Ya need to pull the pto and the top link cover becareful when removing the PTO as it must be tipped to clear the pickup tube and it is fragel . use a cherry picker to handel the pto . got a problem ya know where i am at.
