1066 Torsion Bar repair

I posted a message a couple weeks ago about replacing the orings and bushings on my torsion bar after it decided to dump a couple gallons of oil. Darndest thing is that I was going to have my IH mechanic friend do it as the price seemed reasonable and was going to have him adjust the clutch,etc. while he had it. The morning he was to come get it his mother passed away. In the mean time my wife decided to take the money designated for this repair and buy curtains, etc. for the house. Looks like now I will have to do it myself. I have the tools except for the puller to pull arms off ends of splinned torsion bar. Are these normally stuck on pretty good? Is there a special puller? Is there a special puller for the bushings? Special tricks or tips?
