There are only two gears on either the TA output for tractors so equipped or on the input of the five speed without TA tranny. One gear gets covered by the sliding fourth and fifth gear and the other gear is the constant mesh. The sliding gear in the belt pully gearbox can only mesh with the constant mesh gear.

On the other hand maybe there is something wrong with all my parts books. Why don't you take a look at either TC46, TC55, or TC76?
