I think the first thing I would check would be the little tang that goes from the Gov tube into the little V in the Carb. Some times just loosing the two screws and wiggleing that tube a little will take care of it. I believe that usally when the AGove spring breaks they go to an idle not rev but I could be wrong I would check the carb first. J.
