I take being a mechanic by trade for granted,so I don't know what it feels like to be intimidated by an engine, since I do then for a living. My advice to you is to invest in a service manual for your Super C.iT WILL OUTLINE HOW TO PERFORM AN OVERHAUL,STEP-BY -STEP.If you can't find an original IH manual, buy one in reproduction, but I suggest using the IH manual, the instructions are more clear, and pertain to the model of your tractor only. If you are unsure, stop and ask questions. The information is out there, this forum is proof of that.My 5cents worth, good luck!
