Widefront help

Does anybody have any suggestions about how to free up the wide front on my farmall 806? I"d like to adjust it wider to pull a plow, but it seems to be rusted together. Does anybody have any expirence with loosening one of these up? It"s an IH wide front, not an aftermarket. My tie rods are rusted together, too. (I"ve got them off). I"d like some expirences.
