You definitely have tubed tires. Only tractors made in the last few years have tubeless tires. Getting ALL the fluid out is next to impossible without pulling the tube out. You can get most of the fluid out by turning the valve stem to the bottom and using a good pump to suck the fluid out. Letting the tractor down on the deflated tire will also help to push more fluid out.
