We ran into this problem with a rebate on a Brother printer. It was sent in in March 2006
and we waited 8 weeks and called. Brother said they never received it. Had to resubmit a claim
and we had sent the UPC symbol with the first letter. Got a card stating the rebate wasn't going to be given without the UPC symbol. I called them and gave them a piece of my mind and they finally agreed to send the rebate. We got the $30.00 in July. From now on I'm asking for a signature on any rebate so you know who signed for it. Hal
