soak up the pin and set screw real good with pb blaster. then you need to remove the set screw. after that is out, drove the pin out of the crankshaft with a brass drift so you dont mushroom the end. the big nut is 2 1/2 inch i think. i have a big open end wrench that i use to take em off. once off, use a 3 jaw puller to remove the crank pulley. its not a press fit. check the seal surface on the crank pulley for a wear ring area. if so, it will need at least a speedy sleeve. my machine shop guy cut the groove off my pulley on the lathe, then put a press fit sleeve on.
