I got the engine out of my M. It appears that someone may have welded the pin in that holds the crank pulley on. I cannot figure out for the life of me how to get this thing off.
It has the extremelylarge nut around the shaft and the pin that appeared to be welded in, plus a small flathead countersunk screw of some sort. I need to get this pulley off so I can get the crank, block pistons and head to my machinist. Any ideas how to get this off? I read through the blue ribbon manual, but it says nothing about it. Please help!
