My neighbor got this trailer as part of the deal when he bought a new tractor. He let me borrow it to carry my H up to the mountains. It's plate says the GVW is 8000 lbs. I could sure 'nuff feel the weight, but it wasn't at all uncomfortable. No wag.
The rear wheels are about a half inch short of being all the way in to fit between the fenders. Since the H and M are the same footprint (aren't they?) an M would have fit. Weightwise, too, I think, unless it had an awful lot of ballast.

PS The ropes are just for the boxes, there are real chains and binders on the H.
