Well, hmmmmm. Magneto wise, I will have to let some of the Farmaller experts give you tips. Mine are all coil and distributor. Have you pulled the valve cover and checked the clearance on the valve stems? I use .017 cold. You might have a valve not closing. If it is starting fine above 20, you have me stumped at the moment.
