Ah symptoms! At 20+F she starts fine. Below 10F the tractor won't fire and fuel leaks from the bottom of the carb. When it does fire (amid much smoke) it has to warm for a long time or throttle increase just causes flame to emit out of the exhaust without a corresponding increase in rpm. The ignition is via magneto.
