ihc 400 with prestolite distributor

have farmal 400 with prestolite distributor # 1BT4106A9C. have it&t manual but does not have point gap & timing settings. does anybody know it? tractor runs rough and am sick of it. am thinking of putting pertronix conversion kit so
i don't have to set point gap. has front end loader & hydraulics so is in way. i take out
distrib to set it. distributor reman will not rebuild prestolites and they have zero salvage value.
