The basic structure of the Super H transmission is the same as the H. You can replace everything in it without splitting the tractor. I'd guess that if you know that about the gear you've already got the cover off, so you've done the hard part. The Stage one has the Liftall, right? Drop that, take the clutch shaft out, take the front parts off the two shafts, I forget what next...
I have to add, service manuals are a big help, but as far in as you are I'll bet you can figure it out.
