On those 86 series tractors the fan,radio,wipers and ditital tact if so equiped are all on the same relay. Sooo if the radio and wipers work, the fan is either bad or you have a bad connection to the fan. If the radio doesn't work either, it could be the relay or the key switch. When you turn on the key you can hear the relay snap in down in the fuse pannel if it is good. Theres few things for you to check to start finding your problem. Gary
