Jack the weight off the tire,let the air out.....(dont know what to do if you have water in tire) .....if the bead is rolled in too far, turn the wheel so you can beat the tire in the roll-out direction....use a heavy hammer and a short piece of 2x4.....if the bead is out too far, turn the tire to the top and beat with hammer and 2x4.....you might try rubber lube, dish soap or WD-40.....rubber lube is best then WD-40..they will dry out.....don't use oil...it will never dry and tire could come off the rim in the future....if you have an area where the bead is out too far ...start there..... You might try letting the jack down and see what that does to that section of the tire.....good luck........Don PS..next time use baby powder between the tire and tube.....the tube can slip inside the tire and apply equal pressure to the bead
