safe air pressure

I met a man yesterday at a tractor show in Fayetteville,Tn. that has a really nice 560. He had put a new set of Firestones on the rear last winter and the tires have never beaded properly.What is the most air pressure that you can safely put in the rear tires to make them set properly on the rims. Thanks JRV
