I supose it could be the larger jet needed But a lot of the times people clean and dip a carb but unless you know every orfice in a carb like rusry farmall does you still can have something plugged. Alot of people think that carbs are worn out and need a new rebuilt becuase they rebuild and the jets dont work right when there done. Thats a myth. Ask rusty farmall he will know for sure.
