It was me. I have had this carb soaking in SeaFoam for for a whole to loosen up the gunk in there. I was able to unclog the main Jet seat, Idle Jet tube and the meter tube. I used very small drill bits and sprayed brake parts cleaner, stepping up in size on the drill bits until I reached the size of oriface. I only used my fingers with the drill bits so as not to do any damage. I'm letting it soak some more, then I will finish cleaning and put 'er back together.
