The kit came from Case-IH so you got the best kit there is, and the needle most likely is the viton tipped needle valve, which is just about all you can get anymore. The viton tipped needle valves do not usually cause any trouble, but occasionally they do give trouble, so you might want to doulble check it, and while you are in there double check your float setting. I think that carb uses a double float, so you want to make certain that both sides of the float are set exactly the same, and also make absolutely certain that both floats do not rub or hang up on the fuel bowl. The float can be manipulated so that it clears everything.
