'44 M Clutch shaft housing Problems

I bought a '44 M with a stuck motor. Got my engine rebuild kit yseterday. I knew I had a problem with the clutch shaft, but it's way worse than I thought. The housing has to threaded mounts for a support/throwout bearing stop. One of them is snapped off. Can this be repaired at a machine shop? Some of the shaft parts have a little damage, the bolts snapped and the square spacer is toast. Does anyone know where I can the parts to fix this? And if I need to replace the housing I'll need to know where I can get one as well. Thanx
