300u Hydrolics steering help

We just bought a 300 utility but the hydralics won't hold it'll lift the loader but when you try to tilt the bucket the loader falls. The fast hitch won't stay up either. Can anyone help.
Also it steers really hard, it doesn't have power steering though. Is there anything that is prone to going wrong with these Thanks a lot guys
