Why clear cheap paint with urethane clear?? Just use single stage acrylic urethane to begin with, will probably cost less than the TSC stuff combined with the more expensive urethane. Unless you use base coat/clear coat, you will never see the difference between uncleared single stage and the cleared cheap paint, in fact the single stage will probably look better.
