Have been doing a lot of "reading" the tractor information over the last few days. Last thurday evening had , what the Doctor's tell me was a heart attack. Arrived at the hospital last thursday evening and was released on monday after competing a 9 minute stress test and have to return for a 30 minute test after 6 to 8 weeks of rest. First time ever to be a patient in the hospital. They treat you very nicely. i previously had been taking a small 1/2 pill for high blood pressure. They now have me taking about 6 pills per day to thin my blood and lower the cholestrol to 1.9. This adventure was totally my fault, enjoyed eating anything sweet and my wife of 49 years and 6 months loves to cook and make those nice pastries. So we are having a change in our diets. My advice to anyone is get your blood checked. This thought has gone through my mind several times over the years, and yes I put it off until another time. It could have ben a lot more serious. they sent me home without any great restrictions other then I cannot drive for 4 to 6 weeks. So prephaps I will get some extra work done on the two projects in the garage both farmalls. All family members have told me to slow down, I have always had the thought especially since retirement, because I had good health and was energized was to help others for free, installing windows, doors, building decks, painting and the list goes on, then my tractor projects would usually come last, now I have time to plan while I am suppose to be resting. cheers, Murray
