Hi, JOHNG: wondering if you got it out yet? I see JT does the same thing i do. the sleeve is garbage so just push everything out . most times i keep the jack on the floor and jack on it,the sleeve will pop up before you lift the whole tractor wieght. then you can use your torch and heat the outside of sleeve and pound it out. there is NO hammering,soaking,heating,waiting,or talking french to it!This is about 30 min.job for me.
