Mark - Most likely problem is a bad (internally leaking) implement lift cylinder. However it could also be leaky remote control valve at the tractor. If your cylinder hoses have quick disconnect couplers, lift the implement with the cylinder then disconnect the hoses at the couplers. (Good idea to temporarily jack the implement to take the load off the cylinder while you disconnect the hoses. Then remove the jack.) If the implement still leaks down with the hoses disconnected, it's time for a cylinder rebuild. Otherwise the problem is the hyd valve on the tractor.
