350 Utility Hydraulics won't stay up

I recently bought a 1957 350 Utility (gas), and afive foot bush hog about the same age. Tractor runs GREAT. Bushog runs GREAT. EXCEPT. While mowing or using a box blade, I have to raise the hydraulics every few minutes, because the implement being used slowly creeps down. I have a small leak around the PTO seal, however I am not familiar with hydraulic systems. The reservoir shows full, so there does not appear to be a lot of fluid loss. Any help? Thanks in advance.
