NICE H.... With the NFE I suspect Your running down the grass and if it's the least bit damp there's not enough suction from the mower blades to stand it back up to be mowed off level with the rest of the grass. I used to do an AWEFUL lot of mowing with a Brillion 72" rotary mower (Bushhog?) behind a NFE Super H. It had a single spindle and if the grass got tall or damp I'd leave two strips from the front wheels. Like the others have said.... Sharpen the blades, mow only when it's dry.... if You walk thru the grass and the toes of Your boots get damp it's not dry enough..... and keep dropping gears until You get the quality of cut You want. You could probably run two, maybe three gears higher before HP becomes a problem but the cut quality will be poor.
