The one in front is the lever for the torque amplifier, which was explained to you yesterday. The one in the rear is the handle/lever to adjust the tel-a-depth control. It is supposed to maintain a constant depth for the fast hitch and return it to that depth after it has been raised, then lowered, so I have read, I have not used one.
