Seized H engine

I have done all of the things pointed to as working, have rotated the wheel on the left side after blocking, to no avail. Please give me a step by step from the beginning as to what to use, how to proceed and full instructions to free this seized engine and what to look for (possibly in wrong gear but do not know the positions) or whatr??? Please could you help me? I know nothing about this unit as I bought it with the place.
