IH 314? semi mount mechanical lift plow

I have a a 314? fast hitch plow with mechanical lift, I dont have the part that bolts on the fast hitch for the mechanical lift, I was told it used a chain and only worked on the 350/450 and newer fast hitches anybody have a picture of this part and some measurements so I can make one. Thanks
