47 H Temp Probe Nut Broke off in Head

Well I messed up. After two months of applying penetrating oil to the Temperature probe receiving nut, bolt, sleeve or whatever you call it I finally cut the wire and put a 7/8 deep will socket on it and twisted the darn thing off flush with the head. After the probe shout out and hit me in the chest, follow by about a gallon of water, I realized I only needed to remove the jam nut to pull out the probe. I would appreciate any suggestions on how to remove the remainder of the threads from the head. Thanks for the help.
