If it is jumping out of gear it is not the gear that is the cause i would be looking at the shift fork or the output on the T/A a new gear may help for a short time but you have other problems as the ware i can see in the picture is not that bad as i said before , now maybe the collar where the fork rides is wore but i can't see that or how the fork fits the slot or it could be that the shift rail is not making full travel but that gear is not that bad on the 5th side.
