new sleeves wont go all the way down

i put my new sleeves in tonite in my super m.the #4 and #1 sleeves didnt go all the way down.i called the guy that did the parts for my motor and he said if its not much it wont hurt anythihng.but after i called him i measured and they are sticking up about 1/16th of a inch.i know they can stick out some but i didnt know if its to much,the other 2 went down flush.
